Creme Brulee mini cakes

Aww little cakes



Here is my mini Angel Food Cakes with Creme Brulee drizzle  1 Weight Watcher  Smart point ea -


2 servings of Devotion nutrition Angel Food Cake  Protein powder 2sp


1/2 cup of all purpose flour  6sp


1 egg 

1 tsp baking powder 

1 tsp vanilla extract 

1/4 cup of unsweetened applesauce 

1 1/4 cup of cold water

Mix together  and spoon into mini bundt pan (spray with non stick well)


Bake 10 min 350  12 servings 1sp each 

For creme brulee drizzle -

3 tbsp cool whip free  1sp

Mixed with 3 tbsp  of unsweetened coconut milk  and 1 packet of Devotion Nutrition Creme Brulee Flex Flavor 

drizzle

 over finished cakes  0sp when divided into 12 servings

Maple Brown Sugar Angel Food Cake

Made with  devotion nutrition Angel Food cake protein powder and maple bacon flex flavor ๐Ÿ˜ 

The whole cake is 7 Weight Watcher smart points. I divided it into 4 enormous slices and made a strawberry shortcake out of it. 

Here is what you need to make it.

For the cake -

2 servings of Devotion Nutrition Angel Food cake protein powder (2sp)

2 packets of Devotion Nutrition  maple bacon Flex flavor (0)

1/2 cup of high protein pancake mix (5sp)

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1/4 cup of sukrin brown sugar blend (0)

1/4 cup of non fat Greek yogurt (0)

1/2 cup of water

1 egg (0)

1/4 cup maple syrup ( I used Walden farms calorie free) (0)

Mix together and pour into a 8x8 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 15 min

Sprinkled with Sukrin powdered sugar

The cake is 7 Weight Watcher smart points before divided into serving size.

Cake - 285 cal 47 carbs 4.6 fat 

41.4 protein (for the whole cake)

I used some fresh strawberries and cool whip for my filling sandwiched in between 2 huge slices for a 5sp treat

Maple Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cake

2 servings or scoops of  cinnamon crunch Quest protein powder 2 ww smart points

1/2 cup Birch Benders high protein pancake mix 5 ww smart point

1tsp baking powder 

Around 1tsp of the following -

Ground cinnamon 

Ground nutmeg 

Pumpkin pie spice 

1/2 cup of unsweetened canned pumpkin 

66 of Lily's dark chocolate baking chips  2 ww smart points

1/4 cup Walden farms calorie free maple syrup 0sp

1 cup of seltzer water ( or tap water)

Bake 375 in a Bundt Pan for 25 min

9 Weight Watcher smart points  for the whole cake

Divide it however you would like

Blueberry Ricotta Bundt Cake

2 scoops or servings Quest Vanilla milkshake protein powder 

1/2 cup of birch benders high protein pancake mix 

2 eggs


1tbsp baking powder 

1tsp ground cinnamon 

1tsp vanilla extract 

2tsp butter extract ( yup butter extract )


2/3 cup sparkling water 

1 cup fat free Greek yogurt 

1/4 cup of part skim ricotta cheese 

1/4 cup of unsweetened apple sauce 

1/2 cup of fresh blueberries 

Spray your budnt pan well with non stick


Mix all ingredients and pour into pan


Cook at 375 for 25 to 30 min


Makes 8 servings


1 Weight Watcher smart point  each 

Apple Cake

For preparing apples


2 apples peeled cut into chunks

1 tsp cinnamon 

1/2 cup water

1 packet stevia in the raw

1tsp van extract

1 tsp corn starch

1tsp coconut extract (because I was feeling it)

Put ingredients in pot and bring to boil then simmer till soft 

For the Cake -

2 scoops or servings of high quality protien powder( flavor of choice) I used Salted Caramel 

1/2 cup high protein pancake mix 

1 tbsp baking powder

1 egg 

1 tsp cinnamon 

1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce 

Add apple mixture and additional water if needed ( should be like pourable  pancake batter )


Cook in non stick sprayed bundt cake pan 25- 30 min 375 ...

Divide it how ever you like whole recipe is 9 Weight Watcher smart points

Salted Caramel Banana Cake



2 bananas mushed with fork


2 servings ( 2 scoops with scoop provided)  or (2 single serving packs) 

Quest Salted Caramel protein powder 

1/2 cup of Birch Benders high protein pancake mix or Kodiak power cakes whole wheat buttermilk flapjack mix 

1/3 cup of unsweetened applesauce 

1 tbsp baking powder 

1tsp cinnamon 

1 and 1/2 cups of water


Mix and pour into a  sprayed bundt cake pan 

Cook 375 25 - 30 min

The entire cake is 7 Weight Watcher smart points

Brown Sugar Cinnamon Crunch Bigass Cupcake

1 1/2 cups of Birch Benders high protein pancake mix or  Kodiak power cakes whole grain buttermilk pancake waffle mix 14 sp


3 scoops or 3 single  servings of Quest Cinnamon Crunch protein powder 3 sp 


1/2 cup of Sukrin Gold brown sugar 0 sp


2 teaspoon of cinnamon 

1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce 

1 1/2 cup of water


I used large "Texas style" muffin tins they are big. I got 9 servings  2 Weight Watcher smart point ea - using regular muffin tin will give you 24 muffins easily ( would be 1 smart point ea) *spray non stick for crying out loud


350 for 20 min


The cream cheese frosting 

6 tbsp of coolwhip free -2 sp

3 tbsp of fat free cream cheese 1 sp 

When split into 9 servings this adds no points to each serving

Oreo Cookie Cheese Cake bites

16 Oreo Thins cookies 

12 for your cake and 4 to use crushed on top

Fill your reg size muffin tin *with cup cake liners

Put 12 Oreo Thins in

In a bowl combine -

8oz of Philadelphia fat free cream cheese 

1 box of Jello sugar free instant pudding cheesecake flavor 

1 scoop or serving of Quest multi purpose baking mix 

1 tsp vanilla extract 

1/3 cup of cold water 

2 eggs

Top your cookies with mixture (about 1 1/2 tbsp ea )

Crush 4 Oreo Thins and sprinkle on top

Bake 15 min 350 

*Cool in refrigerator at least 3 hrs before serving

Makes 12 servings at 3 Weight Watcher smart points each

Chocolate Banana Maple Peanut Butter - 1 Weight Watcher smart point per slice


2 eggs 

2servings of Quest Vanilla milkshake protein powder ( not a fan of chocolate protein powder) 

1/2 cup of high protein pancake mix 

2 tsp of espresso powder 

1tsp vanilla extract 

2tsp maple extract

1tbsp baking powder 

6tbsp of @nutsnmore Maple Peanut Butter Powder

2 tbsp Hershey special dark unsweetened cocoa powder 

3 ripe bananas smashed up

2/3 cup seltzer water 

8 slices 1sp each
