Celebrating waffle Wednesday with a personal Bigasswaffle trifle π§
5 WW points on all color plans. 219 calories, 32.5 carbs, 2.3 fat, 15.5 protein
Here is how you can make it -
Bigasswaffle recipe -
β’ 1 serving of Devotion Nutrition Angel Food Cake protein powder
β’ 1/4 cup of Birch Benders high protein pancake mix ( or Kodiak Cakes power cakes )
β’ 3 Tbsp liquid egg white ( or 1 egg white)
β’ 1/2 cup of water
This recipe makes one 8 inch round x 1 1/2 inch thick Bigasswaffle
For this recipe you will be splitting it into quarters to make two individual trifle's
β’ You will need 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries and 1/2 cup fresh strawberries sliced. 1/4 cup of each will go into a trifle
β’ 2 servings of Jell-o sugar free pudding snacks
β’ 1/2 cup of cool whip free whipped topping
Assembly - 1/2 serving of pudding snack / cut up waffle pieces/ remaining 1/2 of pudding snack/ 1/4 cup of each fruit/ cut up waffle pieces/ cool whip ( now repeat for second trifle)
