Oreo Cheesecake Bites

Oreo Thins

Dig in to some Oreo Cheesecake bites

Makes 12 servings at 3 WW points each on all of "My WW plans" macros - 90 cal, 9 carbs, 4 fat, 5 protein 

Recipe - You will need 16 Oreo Thins cookies. 

12 for your cake and 4 to use crushed on top

Fill your reg size muffin tin *with cup cake liners

Put 12 Oreo Thins in

• In a bowl combine -

• 2 oz of Philadelphia whippedcream cheese 

• 6 oz of Fat free Greek yogurt 

• 1 box of Jello sugar free instant pudding cheesecake flavor 

• 1 scoop or serving of Devotion Nutrition Angel food  Cake protein or for a less sweet flavor Devotion Nutrition Buttery Blend 

• 1 tsp vanilla extract 

• 1/3 cup of cold water 

• 2 eggs

- 

Top your cookies with mixture (about 1 1/2 tbsp ea )

Crush 4 Oreo Thins and sprinkle on top

Bake 15 min 350 *Cool in refrigerator at least 3 hrs before serving- be patient you hungry bastard!

Eggnog cake



 Tis the season to get your nog on.

I made some killer cupcakes with this recipe the other day. Today I present to you Eggnog cake

 

 


What you need

• 2 eggs

•1 cup of Birchbenders high protein pancake mix (or an equivalent) 


•2 servings or scoops of Devotion Nutrition Angel Food Cake protein powder (or an equivalent protein powder that is designed for use in baking applications) 


• 8oz of Hood Light Eggnog


• 1/4 cup of unsweetened applesauce 


• 1 box of Jell-o sugar free vanilla pudding mix (1oz box unprepared) 


• 1 tsp nutmeg


• 1 tsp ground cinnamon 


• 1 Tbsp of baking powder 


• 3 Tbsp Sukrin gold brown sugar Alternative  ( or an equivalent )


Sukrin replaces conventional brown sugar 1-1

Get baking

Preheat oven to 350 degrees 

Spray your bundt cake pan with non stick spray. Mix all ingredients together and pour batter in. Bake 350 for 40 min. Let cool for 5 min, run a butter knife around edges and center hole. Flip onto cooling rack and let cool. Before serving I sprinkled with Sukrin frosting sugar and ground cinnamon.  8 servings 4 WW points each  140 cal, 17 carbs, 3 fat, 12 protein.

Air fried

This is a quick chocolaty recipe for 6 cupcakes. I made these in my 5.8 Qt XL Simple Living Air fryer 

Which is the perfect size for my needs.  

They came out just right 

Super fudgy

Seems like we always have super ripe bananas laying around my house perfect for banana bread or super awesome chocolate cupcakes.

These babies are only 1 WW point, 89 cal, 13.6 carbs, 2 fat, 6 protein  each.


Here is the recipe

1 serving or scoop of Devotion Nutrition Angel food cake protein powder ( we add cocoa powder and espresso powder to make these the perfect chocolate) 

1 tsp of baking powder 

1 tsp of espresso powder  (intensifies the flavor)

3 tbsp of Hershey's special dark cocoa powder 

1/4 cup of Kodiak power cakes whole grain waffle mix or Birch Benders high protein pancake mix 

3 tbsp of Sukrin brown sugar alternative 

2 ripe bananas

1/4 cup of Lily's dark chocolate baking chips 

1 egg

1/4 cup of water

Mix the dry then add the wet ingredients. 

Cook in the air fryer 12 min at 320

Or bake 12 min at 350

Makes 6 cupcakes

Always sprspray your muffin tin 

Cheesecake

Chocolate crust cheesecake

I have ventured into the cheesecake world before with my oreo mini cheesecakes which I love but always wanted a large version.  It has just been an issue finding a crust without breaking the calorie bank.

Well after finding this chocolate pizza crust that is only 4 WW points for the entire 8 inch crust, I knew it was time.

Get baking


Here is my recipe -

1 serving of Devotion Nutrition Angel Food Cake protein powder 

1 box (1.4 oz) sugar free Jello instant pudding cheesecake flavor

1/2 cup of fat free cream cheese

1/2 cup of fat free Greek yogurt 

2 eggs

1/2 Tbsp of vanilla extract 

1/3 cup of water

1 - 8 inch chocolate zucchini crust

Spray an 8 inch spring form pan with non stick spray 

Put your crust at the bottom

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl

Pour and spread over the crust

Bake at 350 for 30 min

Cool in fridge covered for at least 2 hours (yes ..  be patient  you hungry bastard) 

Divide the cake into 4 large servings

3 WW points each

Chill

It is important to let this chill in the fridge.  Who knew that a chocolate zucchini crust was the answer to my cheesecake dreams.

Strawberries and Cheesecake Cream!

How could you resist ? My wife says I should call this strawberry poundcake but I disagree (don't tell her)


Go bake now

This makes two 9 inch round cakes that will get filled with strawberries and cream filling.

2 servings of Devotion Nutrition Angel food cake protein powder 

2 cups of high protein pancake mix 

1 tsp of baking powder

2 eggs

1 cup of seltzer water 

2 tsp of vanilla extract 

1 cup of non fat greek yogurt 

Mix together and split evenly into  two (sprayed with non stick) 9 inch cake pans.

Bake at 350 for 20 min

For filling

12 oz of cool whip free 

1 package of sugar free jello cheesecake pudding mix

1/4 cup of water 

Mix together and reserve in the refrigerator until the cakes have cooled.

Slice 1 pint of strawberries and layer one cake with them and 1/2 of the cream. Make a sandwich with second cake and use remaining half of cream for top.

10 slices 

3 WW points ea

Here is my latest recipe as seen on Today's episode of The Rhode Show

Ingredients for cupcake 

1 cup of Whole Wheat Graham Flour 

2 servings of DevotionNutrition  Angel Food Cake protein powder 


4 tbsp of (Lily's) dark chocolate baking chips 

1 tsp ground cinnamon 

1/4 cup of (Sukrin Gold)  zero calorie brown sugar substitute 

2 tsp of baking powder 

1/4 cup of unsweetened applesauce 

1 tsp vanilla extract 

1 cup of water 

Mix together and spoon into a non stick 12 cavity regular size muffin tin (spray with non stick) 

Bake 350 for 15 min. Let cool before topping with fluff whipped topping 

Topping 1/2 cup Cool whip free 

Mixed with 3 tbsp of Marshmallow Fluff


Spoon on to cooled cupcakes 

Sprinkle with crushed Honey Graham crackers 

2 Weight Watcher smart points each

Fat 1g

Protein 5g

Carbs 15

Here is my mini Angel Food Cakes with Creme Brulee drizzle  1 Weight Watcher  Smart point ea -


2 servings of Devotion nutrition Angel Food Cake  Protein powder 2sp


1/2 cup of all purpose flour  6sp


1 egg 

1 tsp baking powder 

1 tsp vanilla extract 

1/4 cup of unsweetened applesauce 

1 1/4 cup of cold water

Mix together  and spoon into mini bundt pan (spray with non stick well)


Bake 10 min 350  12 servings 1sp each 

For creme brulee drizzle -

3 tbsp cool whip free  1sp

Mixed with 3 tbsp  of unsweetened coconut milk  and 1 packet of Devotion Nutrition Creme Brulee Flex Flavor 

drizzle

 over finished cakes  0sp when divided into 12 servings

Angel Food cake

Maple Brown Sugar Angel Food Cake

Made with  devotion nutrition Angel Food cake protein powder and maple bacon flex flavor 😍 

The whole cake is 7 Weight Watcher smart points. I divided it into 4 enormous slices and made a strawberry shortcake out of it. 

Here is what you need to make it.

For the cake -

2 servings of Devotion Nutrition Angel Food cake protein powder (2sp)

2 packets of Devotion Nutrition  maple bacon Flex flavor (0)

1/2 cup of high protein pancake mix (5sp)

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1/4 cup of sukrin brown sugar blend (0)

1/4 cup of non fat Greek yogurt (0)

1/2 cup of water

1 egg (0)

1/4 cup maple syrup ( I used Walden farms calorie free) (0)

Mix together and pour into a 8x8 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 15 min

Sprinkled with Sukrin powdered sugar

The cake is 7 Weight Watcher smart points before divided into serving size.

Cake - 285 cal 47 carbs 4.6 fat 

41.4 protein (for the whole cake)

I used some fresh strawberries and cool whip for my filling sandwiched in between 2 huge slices for a 5sp treat

Maple Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cake

2 servings or scoops of Devotion Nutrition Angel food cake  protein powder 

1/2 cup Birch Benders high protein pancake mix 5 ww smart point

1tsp baking powder 

Around 1tsp of the following -

Ground cinnamon 

Ground nutmeg 

Pumpkin pie spice 

1/2 cup of unsweetened canned pumpkin 

1/3 cup of Lily's dark chocolate baking chips  2 ww smart points

1/4 cup Walden farms calorie free maple syrup 0sp

1 cup of seltzer water ( or tap water)

Bake 375 in a Bundt Pan for 25 min

9 Weight Watcher smart points  for the whole cake

Divide it however you would like

Blueberry Ricotta Bundt Cake

2 scoops or servings Quest Vanilla milkshake protein powder 

1/2 cup of birch benders high protein pancake mix 

2 eggs


1tbsp baking powder 

1tsp ground cinnamon 

1tsp vanilla extract 

2tsp butter extract ( yup butter extract )


2/3 cup sparkling water 

1 cup fat free Greek yogurt 

1/4 cup of part skim ricotta cheese 

1/4 cup of unsweetened apple sauce 

1/2 cup of fresh blueberries 

Spray your budnt pan well with non stick


Mix all ingredients and pour into pan


Cook at 375 for 25 to 30 min


Makes 8 servings


1 Weight Watcher smart point  each

Apple Cake

For preparing apples


2 apples peeled cut into chunks

1 tsp cinnamon 

1/2 cup water

1 packet stevia in the raw

1tsp van extract

1 tsp corn starch

1tsp coconut extract (because I was feeling it)

Put ingredients in pot and bring to boil then simmer till soft 

For the Cake -

2 scoops or servings of high quality protien powder( flavor of choice) I used Salted Caramel 

1/2 cup high protein pancake mix 

1 tbsp baking powder

1 egg 

1 tsp cinnamon 

1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce 

Add apple mixture and additional water if needed ( should be like pourable  pancake batter )


Cook in non stick sprayed bundt cake pan 25- 30 min 375 ...

Divide it how ever you like whole recipe is 9 Weight Watcher smart points

Chocolate Banana Maple Peanut Butter - 1 Weight Watcher smart point per slice


2 eggs 

2servings of Quest Vanilla milkshake protein powder ( not a fan of chocolate protein powder) 

1/2 cup of high protein pancake mix 

2 tsp of espresso powder 

1tsp vanilla extract 

2tsp maple extract

1tbsp baking powder 

6tbsp of nuts n more Maple Peanut Butter Powder

2 tbsp Hershey special dark unsweetened cocoa powder 

3 ripe bananas smashed up

2/3 cup seltzer water 

8 slices 1sp each

Mix it up and pour it into your favorite budnt pan sprayed with non stick spray 

Bake at 375 for 30-35 min
