This recipe is inspired by my good friend and chef/ owner of my favorite restaurant.
For patty -
10 oz of 99% lean ground turkey breast
Salt/pepper and seasonings of choice
Hand mix ground turkey breast egg and seasonings. Cover a plate with plastic wrap and make a 9inch round disk.
Cover with wrap and freeze at least 2hrs
1/4 cup bread crumbs 3sp
1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated 3sp
Seasoning of choice
- Mix eggeggs and dip the frozen patty and then coat in bread crumb/ cheese/ seasoned mixture
Cook on baking sheet 10 min at 425 then Flip and cook another 5 min
I topped my pizza with 1/2 cup of tomato sauce (mine was 1sp) and 1/2 cup of Sargento reduced fat Italian cheese blend (4sp)
Return to oven and place on rack
Broil on high about 3 min
- when divided into 4 large servings - 3 WW points ea on Blue and Purple plans, 5 WW points on Green.
