The infamous original 1smart point #birdballs 

20 oz of 99% lean ground turkey breast

1lb of 98% lean ground chicken breast

1/2 cup bread crumbs

1/2 cup romano cheese grated

use the seasonings of your choice but I use

1tsp of garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper

2 eggs 

preheat oven to 400 

hand mix and form large balls big enough to fit in a full size muffin tin (makes 12 /14 balls)

2 scoops Quest Vanilla milkshake protein powder 

1/2 cup of birch benders high protein pancake mix 

2 eggs


1tbsp baking powder 

1tsp ground cinnamon 

1tsp vanilla extract 

2tsp butter extract ( yup butter extract )


2/3 cup sparkling water 

1 cup fat free Greek yogurt 

1/4 cup of part skim ricotta cheese 

1/4 cup of unsweetened apple sauce 

1/2 cup of fresh blueberries 

Spray your budnt pan well with non stick


Mix all ingredients and pour into pan


Cook at 375 for 25 to 30 min

2 eggs 

2servings of Quest Vanilla milkshake protein powder ( not a fan of chocolate protein powder) 

1/2 cup of high protein pancake mix 

2 tsp of espresso powder 

1tsp vanilla extract 

2tsp maple extract

1tbsp baking powder 

6tbsp of nutsnmore Maple Peanut Butter Powder

2 tbsp Hershey special dark unsweetened cocoa powder 

3 ripe bananas smashed up

2/3 cup seltzer water 

8 slices 1 smart point each


Mix it up and pour it into your favorite budnt pan sprayed with non stick spray 

Bake at 375 for 30-35 min


Mudhustled Chocolate Chip cookie


 

1 serving Quest Salted Caramel protein powder (1sp)

1/2 cup of all purpose  flour (6sp)

1tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1/3 cup of Sukrin Gold brown sugar 0sp

1/2 cup of non fat plain Greek yogurt 

2tsp of butter extract

1tsp vanilla extract 

1 egg

66 Lily's dark chocolate baking chips

Mix it up and scoop 8 servings onto a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with non stick. Bake 350 for 12 min

Pineapple Bigasswaffle

1 serving or scoop of Salted Caramel Quest protein powder 

1/4 cup of birch benders high protein pancake mix 

1 egg white

1tsp ground cinnamon 

2 drops of coconut extract 

Some chopped up fresh pineapple 

1/3 - 2/3 (depending on waffle iron size) of water or seltzer water -highly recommended

*always spray the damn waffle iron

Threw some chopped up fresh pineapple and a few drops of coconut extract

Chocolate Fudgy Brownies

These are big boy brownies! 


1/2 cup of all purpose flour 6sp 

2 servings of Quest Vanilla milkshake protein powder (not a fan of choc protein powder) 2sp


2 eggs


1 tbs baking powder 

1/4 cup Hershey special dark unsweetened cocoa powder 

15 oz canned unsweetened pumpkin


1/4 cup Sukrin Gold brown sugar 

1 tbsp vanilla extract (non alcholic)


1tbsp King Arthur's espresso powder 

Mix together and cook 375 in a13x9 baking dish for 20 min.


Divide into 8 big boy brownies
