Fireball Cinnamon and Brown Sugar Cake

Whiskey and Cake? Hell yeah

I try to come up with fun recipes that I enjoy making and hope they may help you navigate your journey. 

 If you would like to omit the alcohol in this recipe, try substituting 2 tsp of cinnamon extract 

Nothing Basic about this Pumpkin Cake

2 servings of Devotion Nutrition Angel Food Cake protein powder 

2 servings of Devotion Nutrition pumpkin pie flex flavor 

1/2 cup of Birch Benders high protein pancake mix 

1 tsp of baking powder 

1 tsp of ground cinnamon 

2 tbsp of  Sukrin gold brown sugar alternative 

1/2 cup of unsweetened canned pumpkin 

1 cup of water

2 tbsp of Fire Ball whisky

Mix together and pour into a (spray with non stick)  non stick bundt pan 

Bake 375 25-30 min

Atomic Apple Pie

Brown Sugar,Maple, Cinnamon Whiskey, Apples

Here is a fun easy recipe that incorporates a lot of fall flavors and whiskey 


Let's Bake

5 - 7 apples peeled and cut 

4 tbsp sugar free maple syrup 

2 tbsp Fire Ball cinnamon whiskey 

3 tbsp SukrinG Alternitave brown sugar substitute

1 tbsp ground cinnamon 

Mix together with apples and layer pie plate

For batter

2 tsp of maple extract 

2 eggs beaten 

1/2 cup of water

Topping

1/3 cup of Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal crushed

2 tbsp of Brown Sugar substitute ( Sukrin gold)

Pour batter over apples 

Sprinkle cereal topping

Bake 350 25 - 30 min

I am always looking to make it fun in the kitchen and elevate a basic recipe. I hope you guys enjoy this one.

Layers baby

2 servings or scoops of Devotion Nutrition Angel food cake protein powder
1/2 cup of high protein pancake mix
1/4 cup of Sukrin gold - brown sugar alternative
1 tsp of ground cinnamon
2 tsp of baking powder
One packet of Devotion Nutrition Pumpkin pie flex flavor
Or
(2 tsp of pumpkin pie seasoning)
1 egg
1 cup of pure canned pumpkin
1/2 cup of water
Mix together and pour half of the mixture into your loaf pan (spray with non stick)
Cream cheese stuffing -
1/4 cup of your favorite cream cheese (I used Philly whipped cream cheese)
1/4 cup of sugar free maple syrup
 4 tbsp of water
1 serving of Devotion Nutrition Angel food cake protein powder
Mix together and layer on top of first pumpkin layer.
Top with the remaining pumpkin mixture and bake 350 for 40 min 

Close the deal

I divided this into 6 servings at 3 WW points each.

Crustless Apple Pie

 Fall brings corn mazes, apple picking, pumpkin carving and all the great treats that come along with these family activities. 

 Here is a great take on a crustless swedish apple pie that I hope you enjoy 

Apples Apples everywhere

Here is the recipe for my Swedish Caramel Apple Pie. 

5 med apples peeled and cut into bite size pieces 

2 servings or scoops of Devotion Nutrition Angel Food Cake protein powder

1 packet of sweet Caramel Flex Flavor (optional) 

1/2 cup of Birch Benders high protein pancake mix or your favorite high protein pancake/waffle mix

2 tbsp of Walden Farms Caramel Sauce 

2 tbsp of Cinnamon 

3 Tbsp of Sukrin Gold brown sugar alternative 

2 eggs beaten 

1/2 cup of water

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 

Mix together the apple slices, caramel sauce, cinnamon and brown sugar in a bowl and then spread in a 9 inch pie dish.

Mix together the rest of the ingredients and pour batter over apples. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
