Make the cake

2 servings of Devotion nutrition Angel food cake protein powder *( code Mud10 saves you some $ and pays my broke ass)

1 cup of birch benders high protein pancake mix 

1/2 cup unsweetened canned pumpkin 

1 tsp ground cinnamon 

1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 box of Jello vanilla flavor instant sugar free pudding mix (1/2 of mix for cake and 1/2 reserved for filling)

1 1/2 cups of water

Mix together and bake 400 degrees on a cookie sheet (spray with non stick) for 10 min

Roll sheet of cake in saran wrap and refrigerate 1 hr

Filling

Filling - 1 cup of cool whip free 

1/2 cup of Fat free Greek yogurt (I used Chobani) 

Reserved instant pudding mix 

Mix  cool whip, yogurt and reserved jello instant pudding 

Spread evenly 

Roll it up 

Divide into 6 servings

Please be patient.  Let the cake cool down before adding filling!

This recipe has endless possibilities... super easy to make. I used Devotion Nutrition Angel food cake protein this time but totally going with brownie batter next!

1 box of Jello Lemon flavor instant sugar free pudding mix (1/2 for cake mix and half reserved for filling)

1 1/2 cups of water

Mix together and bake 400 degrees on a cookie sheet (spray with non stick) for 10 min

Roll sheet of cake in saran wrap and refrigerate 1 hr

Filling- 

1 cup of cool whip free 

1/2 cup fat free Greek yogurt 

Reserved instant pudding mix

Mix together 

Spread and sprinkle with 66 lilys dark chocolate baking chips. 

Roll it up 

Divide into 6 servings 4 weight watcher smart points ea

Make sure you give your cake time to chill in the refrigerator. Don't rush it, its it's worth the wait
