Why has it taken me this long to make my 

Why has it taken me this long to make my own pizzelle cookies?  I mean it makes total sense that I should have done this long ago! They are definitely closely related to the waffle and that is my jam.

 The different varieties you can make are endless. 

Creme Brulee Pizzelle Cookies

Here is the recipe for creme brulee  pizzelle. 


1 serving or scoop of Devotion Nutrition Angel food cake protein powder 

1/2 a cup of Birch Benders high protein pancake mix 

2 tsp baking powder 

1/4 cup of Sukrin sugar alternative 

2  Devotion Nutrition creme brulee flex flavor packets

2 eggs

1 tsp of vanilla 

1/2 cup of water

Mix together and scoop into your pizzelle maker (make sure you use non stick spray) follow instructions for your machine

Makes 28 servings

Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch

This cookie recipe is great and can be changed so easily to make a totally different taste! By changing from Angel Food cake to Brownie Batter and adding peanut butter crunch flex flavor we elevated the ordinary 


Go bake

1 serving or scoop of Devotion Nutrition Brownie Batter protein powder 

1/2 a cup of Birch Benders high protein pancake mix 

2 tsp baking powder 

1/4 cup of Sukrin sugar alternative 

3  Devotion Nutrition peanut butter crunch flex flavor packets

2 eggs

1 tsp of vanilla 

1/2 cup of water

Recipe

1 servings or scoop of devotion nutrition Brownie Batter protein - 1 serving or scoop of Devotion Nutrition Angel Food Cake protein - 1 serving of light and fit toasted Coconut greek yogurt (5.3 oz)

*You can use plain Greek yogurt or any flavor that you want.

- 1 tsp of baking powder - 1tsp of Coconut extract - 1 egg white

Mix it all together and spoon onto a non stick cookie sheet (I spray mine as well)  I got 8 big cookies (you can change the serving size with the size of the scoop) bake 350 for 12 min

I slapped some cool whip in between two of these suckers and made killer treat.

Wannabe Fried Oreos

Oven baked version

Every year the fair comes to town with all its deep fried goodies. Back in the day I would just eat my way through, fried dough, whoopie pies, cannoli and of course fried Oreo cookies.


Working some magic

An order of deep fried Oreo from the carnival or fair would be a serving of 5 at 90 WW points! My version is 2 WW points ea on all color plans. 

Traditional  Deep fried Oreo  -

Cal 123/ Fat 8/ Carbs 13/ Pro 2

My version is -

 Cal 60/ Fat 2/ Carbs 6/ Protein  4 



Here it is

2 servings of Devotion Nutrition Angel food cake protein powder Devotion Nutrition

 1 tsp baking powder 

1tsp vanilla extract 

1 egg

1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce 

1/4 cup of water

12 oreo thins 

Dip each cookie and get it covered in batter. Spoon on remaining batter if left over.

Bake 375 for 10 min in a reg size muffin tin sprayed with non stick spray.  Or Air fry 6 at a time 360 for 6 min.

Sprikle with powdered sugar -

 2 WW Smart points each

Easy hack

In order to take advantage of the air fryer I needed to find a way to fit a muffin tin in. A simple throw away aluminum muffin tin and a pair of scissors does the trick

Switched it up

This time I used fudge dipped Oreo thins bites as my cookie of choice. I also only made a batch of 4 servings. Still only 2 WW points each

Recipe

1 serving of Devotion Nutrition Angel food cake protein powder. 

8 Oreo fudge dipped thins (2 per serving)

1 tsp baking powder 

2 tbsp of unsweetened applesauce 

1 tsp of vanilla extract 

2 tbsp of water

1 egg

Mix ingredients and dunk a stack of two cookies 

Into the batter and place in the (sprayed with non stick) muffin tin. After all the cookies have been dipped spoon the remaining batter ontop of each .

Air Fry at 350 for 6 min.

Remove, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.

I like big cookies and I cannot lie... these are big and tasty. You can switch it up and swap the Angel Food Cake protein powder for Brownie Batter and you have a whole new recipe!

Here is the super easy recipe.

1 serving of Devotion Nutrition Angel Food Cake 

1 serving of Devotion Nutrition  peanut butter crunch flex flavor

1/4 cup of Birch Benders high protein pancake mix

1 tsp of baking powder

1/4 cup of peanut butter (I used Jiff natural) 

1/4 cup of unsweetened applesauce  

2 tbsp of PB 2 powdered peanut butter 

1/4 cup of water

1 egg 

Mix together and add 1 heaping tbsp of mix onto a greased baking sheet (9x's) and bake at 350 for 10 min

Makes 9 servings 

2 ww points each on all plans

I love a good Chocolate Chip cookie as much as the next guy so I had to come up with my own version.

These are more cakey then crisp but they are terrific. 

Sometimes size does matter! 
My mookies are only 1 WW point each

Choose wisely

Sometimes size does matter.  Get more bang for your buck and satisfy that cookie craving. Here is a side by side comparison. 

Cookie time

1 serving  Angel Food cake Devotion Nutrition protein powder 

 1/2 cup of all purpose  flour

1tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1/3 cup of  Sukrin Gold brown sugar 

1/2 cup of non fat plain Greek yogurt 

2tsp of butter extract

1tsp vanilla extract 

1 egg

1/4 cup  lilys dark chocolate baking chips


Mix it up and scoop 8 servings onto a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with non stick. Bake 350 for 12 min  1 WW point each on Blue and purple 2 WW point each on Green plan

Here are the details

Hot cocoa cookies  - 2 WW points ea on all color 

100 cal, 13 carbs, 3 fat, 9 protein 

•1/2 Cup of Birchbenders High protein pancake mix (or an equivalent brand)

• 2 servings of Devotion Nutrition Angel Food Cake protein powder 

• 1/4 cup of Hershey's special dark chocolate cocoa powder 

• 1 Tbsp baking powder 

• 1/2 cup of mini marshmallows 

• 2 Tbsp Lily's dark chocolate baking chips 

• 1 cup of unsweetened applesauce 

• 2 eggs

• 1 tsp vanilla extract 


Mix all this stuff together and spoon 8 equal size globs onto a baking 

Bake at 375 for 12 -15

Here is a fun, easy guilt free cookie that you can whip up for the Holiday. 

Ingredients / instructions


• this recipe contains no  banana with a greasy black peel 

• 1 Cup of Birchbenders high protein pancake mix (16g protein per serving) or an equivalent like Kodiak power cakes

• 2 servings of Devotion Nutrition Angel Food Cake protein powder (2 single serving packs or 2 scoops from container) or use a similar protein powder that is designed for use in baking applications 

• 1 Tbsp baking powder 

• 1 box of unprepared sugar free Jello instant pudding mix  (1.4 oz box Pistachio flavor) you can sub another flavor if you wish but this one is perfect 

• 1 tsp vanilla extract 

• 4-6 drops of green food coloring 

• 1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce 

• 1/4 cup of whipped cream cheese 

• 1 egg

• 1/2 cup water

• 1 Tbsp of confectioners sugar to sprinkle cookies once cooled 

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven 350

Mix all your dry ingredients and add wet. Place in refrigerator covered for 30 min. Scoop out 12 heaping tablespoon servings onto a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper.

Bake 350 10 - 12 minutes 



Enjoy guilt free
